Matthias Radscheit is the founder and managing director of happycoding (Radscheit GmbH) in Berlin. With degrees in Business Administration (Steinbeis University Berlin) and IT Systems Engineering (Hasso Plattner Institute, Potsdam), he combines strategic business thinking with deep technical expertise. Before founding happycoding, he spent six years at a mid-sized advertising agency – a background that continues to shape his work today: he understands not just the code, but the goals behind it. As a certified Product Owner and former lecturer in web design at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, he has been helping companies develop websites, web applications, and custom software for over 15 years. His focus is on scalable, modern systems built on Next.js, Supabase (PostgreSQL), Payload CMS, Sanity.io, WordPress, and Drupal.
